Answers to your most common questions.
Are you licensed in Colorado?
Colorado has no statewide contractor licence; each county or town registers contractors. We are a registered contractor in Douglas County, registration #D260623, and we carry liability insurance. If your home is in a town with its own building department, such as Castle Rock or Parker, we register with that town before we build.
Will my HOA approve it?
Many Douglas County neighbourhoods have a design committee. We prepare the drawings, site plan and colour for that review along with the permit.
Do you handle the permit?
Yes. We prepare and file it, so the drawings the county reviews are the ones you approved.
When can you build?
We schedule a limited number of builds at a time. Once you approve your design, sign and pay the deposit, we hold your slot and give you a date.
